It is our office policy that co-payments for professional services are due at the time that service is rendered. However, if your finances require that you make payments, please talk to our office manager to inquire of what options may be available to you. It will vary depending on the treatment you need and your individual financial needs.

For accepted methods of payments in our office, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, Cashier’s Check and check card payments. We do not accept personal checks.

We also have a dental credit card available by application which is called CareCredit. CareCredit assists patients in paying for their dental needs by extending a flexible line of credit which allows re-payment over time, without any up-front payment being required. CareCredit is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, and treatment not covered by insurance, such as elective procedures. Because of the interest free plan offered by CareCredit, many patients are able to focus on getting treatment done sooner than later and not getting penalized for it. CareCredit is endorsed by the California Dental Association. Our office participates in two plans with CareCredit: an interest free 3 month re-payment plan as well as a fixed percentage interest 24 month re-payment plan. Additional plans may be extended to our patients upon individual request. Please speak with our office manager for approval for any other payment plan than the ones our office participates with.
